Features and Benefits
ISSYS LP PAC (polyaxial cross connector) system features:
» Simple to Attach: Top loaded snap on auxiliary implant is simple to attach to the rods using the one-step pistol grip insertion tool
» Enhanced Flexibility: The polyaxial head and body provides a greater range of freedom.
» System Versatility: Cross connectors accommodate both 6.0mm and 6.35mm rods
» Single Step Closure: Pre-loaded set screws simultaneously lock onto the rod while locking the construct
» Improved Patient Comfort: The transverse bar may be contoured to avoid spine anatomy.
» Broad Width Range: Three transverse bar lengths provide 12 to 88mm of distance between rods
Indications for Use:
The ISSYS LP PAC (polyaxial cross connector) System is intended to help provide immobilization and stabilization of the spinal segments as an adjunct to fusion of the lumbar and/or sacral spine, specifically as follows:
For pedicular use:
The ISSYS LP PAC (polyaxial cross connector) System, when used as a posterior screw fixation system in the T1 – S2 region, is indicated for the following:
- Spondylolisthesis
